Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by problems in your life?

Is your relationship getting you down? Do you feel alone in trying to cope?

I am Julie Bohr, a psychotherapist trained and qualified in the UK.

I would advise that you find someone whom you trust and can talk to, tell them about your feelings and, if possible then try to break it down into smaller bits, either by talking or writing. That way the problems often feel a bit more manageable.

I can help you with counselling and psychotherapy. I will provide you with a safe and confidential space to talk about your struggles. I will support you by listening without judging you. It often feels easier to talk to someone who is a neutral outsider.

I have over 20 years experience and I have worked extensively with individuals, couples, families and children. I will support you to find a way to manage and tackle the difficulties and help you to make some choices about your life.

I am Danish, I have lived in the UK for 42 years and now returned to Denmark. Through my work with international clients here in Denmark and my own experience, I have seen how stressful and challenging it often is to move countries, whether you are an individual trying to belong, a couple trying to cope with all the change or a family with lots of additional pressure. I know that it can feel very overwhelming. It really can help to open up about it.

Do get in touch if you would like a noncommittal talk with me on the phone or to book an appointment by clicking on the link below.
